Uche Jombo Loses Pregnancy

Heavily pregnant Abiriba, Abia state born popular actress, Uche Jombo Rodrigues has lost her pregnancy.

The prolific actress and film-maker who traveled to the United States of America, to have her baby, expecting to stay in the country till next year after she must have delivered her baby has sadly lost the pregnancy.

The beautiful actress and scriptwriter who got married to her heartthrob, Kenney Rodriguez in 2012 left Nigeria heavily pregnant in May, 2014 is said to have had a miscarriage. The actress who has over hundred movies to her credit was said to have planned not only to deliver in the states but also to put finishing touches to a number of her films expected to be released. Uche, who conceived at about the same time with fellow actress and new mother, Mercy Johnson had the sad miscarriage few weeks ago.

Although no official statement has been made about the sad development, the actress is said to be presently taking a rest from making movies and is concentrating on pushing her films into the market.

She also took to her Facebook page some moments ago to post this: “To be Happy, sometimes we just have to Forget what’s gone, Appreciate what still remains and Look forward to the good that’s coming Next.”

However, unconfirmed reports made it known that she has taken in again. Uche Jombo has written and co-written several movies, some of which include: Visa to Hell, The Celebrity, Games Men Play, Girls in the Hood & A Time to Love and lots more. She has produced her own movies ranging from Nollywood Hustlers, A Mother’s Fight, Lies Men Tell, After The Proposal, Under Your Skin, Unconditional, Almost Perfect, Oge’s Sister, False, A Long Night, to mention but few.

The University of Calabar,Mathematics and Statistics graduate is being currently touted as the richest actress in Africa on account of the number of movies she has produced.
