The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has appointed Adedapo Segun as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a key addition to the company’s leadership team.

In a statement released by NNPCL spokesperson Femo Soneye on Wednesday night and made available to Okay.ng, the company announced Segun’s elevation from his previous role as Executive Vice-President (EVP) of Downstream Operations, where he contributed significantly to the company’s success.

NNPC also named Isiyaku Abdullahi as Segun’s successor in the downstream arm, and appointed Udobong Ntia as the new EVP of Upstream Operations.

The company emphasized that these appointments reflect its commitment to strengthening corporate governance, boosting operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term success in Nigeria’s energy sector.
