Asake Set to Drop ‘Lungu Boy’ Album, Unveils Tracklist Featuring Wizkid, Travis Scott

Rising Afrobeats sensation Asake has revealed the tracklist for his highly anticipated third studio album, Lungu Boy, set to drop on Friday, August 9th.

The album promises an exciting lineup of tracks featuring prominent international and local artists.

In June, Asake gave fans a taste of what’s to come with the release of “Wave,” a single featuring British rapper Central Cee.

This track, along with twelve others, will be part of the Lungu Boy album. The album includes collaborations with globally renowned artists such as Wizkid, Stormzy, Travis Scott, and Brazilian star Ludmilla, highlighting Asake’s growing influence and international reach.

The Lungu Boy tracklist showcases a diverse range of songs, from energetic beats to smooth melodies, reflecting Asake’s versatility as an artist.

The album follows his successful 2023 release, Work Of Art, and is expected to further cement his position in the music industry.

Asake has also been actively engaging with his global fanbase through the Lungu Boy World Tour, which kicked off at Afro Nation Portugal on June 26th. The tour is set to conclude at the Promiseland Festival in Gold Coast on October 6th, providing fans worldwide a chance to experience his dynamic performances live.
