Criticise him all you can but he keeps churning out new materials and videos on a regular basis. Wizkid, who is currently in London for Basketmouth‘s much-talked about Valentine concert/show, has announced quite a catchy title for his forthcoming single.
In a recent tweet, Wizkid has told his fans to anticipate a new song and accompanying video from him saying: ‘My next single is called ‘expensive shit’ Yo! Y’all about to see some crazy shit! Wait on the video too! #Starboyshit!’
Call it further integration of Wizkid into the Afrobeat scene and you might not be wrong, with the Afrobeat-inspired ‘Ojuelegba’ and ‘Jaiye Jaiye’ among his biggest hits yet but we wait to see and hear what his next single is really about.
