The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has gotten a go ahead from the Kano state Governorship Election Petition Tribunal to inspect voting materials used for the election in the state.
This decision is coming three weeks after the conclusion of the election exercise in the state.
Okay Nigeria had earlier reported that the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) filed an exparte motion seeking access to voting materials barely two weeks after the Kano Election Tribunal had its inaugural sitting in the state.
However, the Election Tribunal in the state granted the motion and ordered INEC to allow PDP access to all voting materials used during the March 9th and 23rd Governorship elections.
The Election Tribunal sitting was headed by Justice Halima Shamaki.
