Tinubu Appoints New Executive Directors for NPA, NIMASA

President Bola Tinubu has given his nod to the appointment of new Executive Directors for the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). The announcement was made through a statement issued by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.

Both NPA and NIMASA fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy. The new appointees are expected to bring their expertise to bear in advancing the goals and operations of these critical agencies.

The newly appointed Executive Directors for NPA are as follows:

  1. Ms. Vivian C. Richard Edet: Executive Director, Finance & Administration
  2. Engr. Olalekan Badmus: Executive Director, Marine & Operations
  3. Engr. Ibrahim Abba Umar: Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services

Meanwhile, the Executive Directors for NIMASA are:

  2. Mr. Chudi Offodile: Executive Director, Finance & Administration
  3. Engr. Fatai Taye Adeyemi: Executive Director, Operations
