The Nigerian entertainment industry is in mourning following the demise of Chief Adedeji Aderemi, fondly known as Olofa Ina or Baba Olofa Ina.

The veteran actor’s death was announced by his colleagues, including popular actor Saidi Balogun, who took to Instagram to pay tribute to the departed legend.

In a heartfelt post, Saidi Balogun wrote, “Goodnight Legend Chief Adedeji Aderemi alias Olofa Ina,” expressing the sorrow shared by the entire Nollywood community.

Chief Adedeji Aderemi, born on May 15, 1950, hailed from the Jagun-Olukosi compound in Ede, Osun State.

His illustrious career in Yoruba theatre and film circles spanned several decades, earning him respect and admiration within the industry.
