Nigeria Customs Service has raised an alarm over fake online job recruitment which has been on the high rise in recent times… The service who revealed the ploy of the fraudsters -also warned the public to beware of the job scam…This was made known through the agency’s official Facebook page…See below;

Are you a job seeker that regularly visits the social media platform for job vacancies? Have you ever been offered a job placement in the Nigeria Customs Service through Facebook or any Social media platform?

Their ploy is simple: They create fake Facebook accounts in the name of the Comptroller-General of Customs, Dikko Inde Abdullahi or any Customs Officer. You are therefore deceived to believe that you are chatting with the “Comptroller -General of Customs” who might even refer you to an Officer in the Public Relations Unit, Human Resource Department or any department of the Service.

Beware, the discussions that will eventually lead to a request that you pay some money into some private account is pure scam!
Many have been deceived.
Many have been scammed.
They are fraudulent. Don’t patronize them.
The Nigeria Customs Service does not sell recruitment forms online. Neither does it offer appointment letters via facebook or any other online platform
BE WARNED! STOP and THINK before you click!
