Indian Girl Set On Fire By Gang Of Men For Refusing To Be Molested By Them

A teenage girl in northern India was set on fire by gang of men one week after she refused there attempts to touch and molest her.

India sex attacks on women continues to increase on a daily basis, this horrifying killings is the latest attacks on girls in India.

However in this latest case, police have said to have arrested four men in connections to the attacks that occurred November 16 after the girl was said to have just stepped out of there house in uttar Pradesh State, when the unforeseen accident happened.

The girl family told police that six men dragged there daughter back inside the house after she objected to there lewd gestures and attempts to touch her, local superintendent RK Sahu said.

According to the family the gang men had doused her in kerosene and was taken to 277 kilometers(172 miles) South East of new Delhi where she was set on fire as her in
Shahjahanpur village, as a punishment for refusing them.

The girl was later to a local hospital but died of injuries she sustained on Sunday night, the officer said.

‘Four of the six accused have been arrested. All of them belong to the same village and are of the same caste as that of the girl,’ Sahu said.
