Former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, was on Thursday sentenced to 12 years imprisonment for N7.65bn fraud.
Justice Mohammad Idris of the Federal High Court in Lagos found him guilty on 27 counts filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
