On Sunday, March 15, 2015, two Nigerian celebrities, Kannywood star, Ali Nuhu and popular rap act, Olamide have turned a year older.

Ali Nuhu is a popular name in the Northern part of Nigeria where he holds sway as the most popular Kannywood actor and in the country as a whole with his commendable performance in the movie industry. Blessed with three kids and a wife, the Glo ambassador stands tall as one of the recently emerged ambassadors of Unilever’s detergent, Omo. He turned a year old today.

Olamide is unarguably the reigning king of rap in Nigeria with his unending achievements and success. The hugely talented rap act, who owns YBNL recording label and Baddo clothing line, hails from Bariga where he horned his skills under the famous Coded Tunes clan which was headed by ID Cabasa and had top Nigerian acts like 9ice, Lord of Ajasa, Jahbless, Reminisce, Seriki, 2sphat and Spaco as members. With four albums to his credit, the rap act signed three musical acts-Lil Kesh, Viktoh and Chinco Ekun– to his famous YBNL records in 2014.
