A building collapse at Saint Academy School has resulted in the deaths of 22 students and injured 132 others.

Governor Caleb Mutfwang has responded by immediately shutting down the school and ordering a thorough investigation into the incident.

The governor also announced plans for a technical audit of all schools in the state to ensure their structural integrity and prioritize the safety of students and staff.

The collapsed building, which did not meet standard building codes, has raised concerns about the prioritization of profit over safety in private schools.
