Google CEO, Sundar Pichai In Nigeria to Train Ten Million People

The Chief Executive Officer of search engine giant, Google, Sundar Pichai is in Nigeria for the #GoogleForNigeria program.

Speaking at the event, Pichai highlighted the need for individuals and businesses to leverage the digital space and subsequently transition into a digital economy.

Furthermore, he stated that in other to foster such development, himself and his team would be training 10 million Nigerians for the next five years.

The multinational technology company that specializes in internet-related services and products is bringing new products to the Nigerian market and Pichai says he is here to learn how they can do more.

Pichai said one of the things that led him to Nigeria is the “enthusiasm and happiness”.
