Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN), the renowned food and agro-allied company behind the iconic brand ‘Golden Penny’, recently hosted its highly anticipated annual B2C sales and marketing conference on June 5th, 2023.

Themed “Stronger Together,” the conference took place at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Suites, attracting distributors, partners, and stakeholders from various regions in Nigeria.

The event aimed to foster collaboration, share insights, and explore innovative strategies.

Spanning from morning to evening, the conference culminated in an enthralling awards ceremony that celebrated exceptional achievements among FMN’s dealers nationwide.

This ceremony underscored FMN’s commitment to recognizing and honoring outstanding performance while motivating partners to strive for even greater success.

The highlight of the awards ceremony was the acknowledgment of the top three winners in the national category, who demonstrated unwavering dedication, remarkable sales performance, and unmatched commitment to their craft.

Alhaji Lamidi Monsur Ayoade emerged as the overall best dealer, receiving a prestigious award and a cash prize of N25 million naira.

His exceptional performance and outstanding business acumen were recognized as invaluable contributions to the success of Flour Mills of Nigeria.

Securing the second-place prize was Alhaji Saleh Idris, whose exceptional sales prowess and significant contributions to the company earned him a cash prize of N20 million naira.

Hajia Khadijat Amoo, with her outstanding performance and dedication, claimed the third-place prize and received a cash prize of up to N15 million naira.

These remarkable individuals, along with other distributors from across Nigeria, exemplify the spirit of excellence and dedication that permeates the FMN community.

Their achievements serve as an inspiration to their peers and aspiring professionals in the industry.

During the event, Boye Olusanya, the Group Managing Director and CEO of FMN, expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work demonstrated by the dealers.
