Claudio Ranieri has been appointed as new manager of AS Roma until the season ends.
Okay Nigeria reported that Fulham sacked Ranieri as their manager after winning three of our of his 17 games in charge of the club.
However, Roma summoned Claudio Ranieri to replace Eusebio di Francesco.
Speaking after the appointment, Ranieri said: “I’m delighted to be coming back home.”
He added, “When Roma call you, it’s impossible to say no.”
Ranieri has managed Roma between 2009 and 2011.
The club sacked Eusebio di Francesco after losing 4-3 on aggregate to Porto in the Champions League last 16.
