The Borno State Government has announced the death of Ahmad Ali Ahmad, the state’s Commissioner for Finance.
The news was confirmed in a statement released on Monday by the state Commissioner for Information and Internal Security, Usman Tar.
According to the statement, Ahmad Ali Ahmad passed away on Monday morning.
The statement also outlined the arrangements for his burial: “His burial is scheduled for 5 pm on Monday, August 26, 2024, at his family residence on Damboa Road, behind the Indimi residence in Maiduguri.”
