The list of 30-man nominees for this year’s Ballon d’Or award has been released.

Okay.ng understands that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were among the list announced on Monday, October 21, 2019.

Ronaldo and Messi have so far dominated receiving the award presented France Football.
