Who is Anaïs?
Anaïs (stylized as anaiis) is a French-Senegalese singer-songwriter based in London, noted for her diverse style, introspective lyrics, and multilingual singing ability.
Born in Toulouse, France, she grew up in various cities, including Dublin, Dakar, Oakland, New York City, and London, where she eventually settled. Anaïs attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, which further honed her artistic skills.
Musical Journey
In 2018, Anaïs released her debut EP, Before Zero, marking her entry into the music scene. The following year, she released Darkness at Play, produced by Om’Mas Keith.
Her music blends elements of soul, R&B, and Afrobeat, reflecting her rich cultural background and diverse upbringing.
