The operation is scheduled to commence on Monday, September 16, and is expected to last for eight weeks, aiming for full reopening in the second week of November.

The announcement was made by the State Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, on Friday, September 13. He explained that the repair work will be conducted in four phases, during which the bridge will be either fully or partially closed, depending on the progress of the project.
