Forty-Eight of the missing 94 students of the Government Girls Technical College, Dapchi have returned, according to the Yobe state Government.
Commissioner for Education Mohammed Lamin said this on Wednesday, adding that 28 of the missing students returned on Tuesday night.
According to Lamin, 20 more returned on Wednesday morning.
“This has brought down the 94 missing students realised at the yesterday headcount to 48 this morning,” the commissioner noted. “We are still hopeful that more are returning soon.”
94 girls from the Government Girls Science and Technical Secondary School in Dapchi, Yobe state were reported missing after Boko Haram attack on Monday.
