Yoruba actress Biodun Okeowo, fondly known as Omoborty, has taken to social media to share the joyous news of her engagement, capturing the hearts of her fans and fellow celebrities alike.

The mother of two revealed her engagement in an Instagram post on Friday, where she posted a heartwarming video capturing the unforgettable moment when her partner proposed to her at a restaurant.

In the video, Okeowo, unable to contain her excitement, said yes to her mystery man’s proposal, eliciting a round of applause from onlookers who witnessed the heartfelt moment.

The proposal was accompanied by a cozy dinner party, during which the actress proudly flaunted her engagement ring while enjoying a meal with her partner, whose identity she has kept private for now.

Sharing her emotions in the caption, the Yoruba actress expressed her overwhelming joy as her partner knelt down to propose, describing him as the man of her dreams. She offered a heartfelt prayer for their journey together, expressing excitement for the beautiful moments that lie ahead.

Okeowo wrote, “From the unexpected trembling in my hands to the overwhelming rush of emotions, I couldn’t hold back the tears of joy as he got down on one knee and asked me to be his forever. In that surreal moment, surrounded by love and filled with happiness, I said yes to the man of my dreams. Here’s to the beautiful journey ahead as we embark on our forever together, Ade mi.”

Biodun Okeowo, a single mother of two, has previously shared details of her personal life, revealing that the father of her children was never officially married to her as he never paid her bride price. She disclosed that they separated after she discovered that he had married someone else.

She is the proud mother of a daughter, Ifeoluwa, who recently graduated from Mountain Top University, and a son, Ayomide, who is currently pursuing his studies in Canada.
