President Joe Biden of the United States of America, (USA) has reiterated his determination to continue his reelection bid, dismissing rumors of a potential withdrawal following a disappointing debate performance against Donald Trump.

Despite growing concerns among Democrats, Biden’s spokeswoman, Karine Jean-Pierre, stated that the president is “absolutely not” pulling out of the race. Biden himself told campaign staffers that he’s “in this race to the end” and vowed to win, citing Democratic unity as the key to success.

The reassurance comes as polls show Trump gaining ground, with a New York Times poll indicating a 49%-43% lead over Biden among likely voters. Democratic governors have pledged their support for Biden, with Maryland Governor Wes Moore stating that the president is “all in” and “fit to serve.”

Biden has acknowledged his poor debate performance, attributing it to fatigue. He is set to face further scrutiny in an upcoming television interview and campaign stops in key swing states. Despite the challenges, Biden remains resolute in his pursuit of a second term.
