Why I Choose My Boy to Be Born Here in Nigeria – Fani Kayode

Former Nigeria’s Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode now Olufemi Olu-Kayode on Monday announced the birth of his first son by his new girlfriend, Precious, a former Miss Valentine and Miss United Nations World 2014.
54 years old Fani-Kayode announced the arrival of the new baby on his Twitter handle. The baby boy was born at Diff Hospital, Aso Drive, Abuja.
The joyous father who could not hide his mood said, “We have a ‘beautiful’ baby boy!!”
When asked why he choose, Nigeria, as all his other children were delivered outside the country, the former minister said he wanted his first son to be born in his fatherland.
“All my children were born outside the country, this is the only one that is born here, he is my first son and just like me, I insisted he has to be born here,” Fani-Kayode said.
He said: “Again, most of my siblings and my dad were born abroad; I was one of the very few born in Nigeria. It went very well, top consultants were present and the baby is beautiful!”
Fani-Kayode already has five daughters before the birth of the newborn. Two of the children (Oluwafolake, a UK-based lawyer and Oluwaremilekun, who is based in Accra, Ghana) are known to be very close to the former minister.
Others are Oluwatemitope, Oluwatobiloba, and Oluwatuminu.
The mother of the new Prince Fani-Kayode, Precious, was the former Miss Valentine and Miss United Nations World 2014. She is also an actress and model, and is popularly known as Snow White.
