Zainab Booth, a veteran Kannywood actress and mother to Maryam Booth, is dead.
This was announced by her colleague, Ali Nuhu, via his verified social media pages. According to Nuhu, she passed away on Thursday.
He noted that the late actress’ funeral will take place at her residence, opposite Premier Hospital, Court Road, Kano, by 8am today, Friday.
However, Nuhu did not reveal the cause of her death.
