In a letter to staff, the Managing Director of Transcorp Hotels, Dupe Olusola, highlighted the company’s efforts to respond robustly to economic challenges in Nigeria.

“Having strengthened our business even more, and started important projects and initiatives that will help to guarantee our continued success in the future, I must stress that working together in line with our core values of execution, excellence, and enterprise, has helped us make good progress toward our strategic goals despite prevailing economic conditions in our country,” Olusola said.

She also emphasized that the company’s work is more relevant than ever, as guests are demanding more than just the basics and expect a holistic approach to hospitality.

“Guests are demanding more than just the basics; they expect a holistic approach to hospitality, one that not only caters to the body but also to the soul. Therefore, I cannot overemphasize the importance of the work you do,” Olusola added.
