The eviction took place after a tense week where all housemates, except for Team Beta (Ben and Tjay) and Ndi Nne (Chinne and Nne), were up for possible eviction.

Twist of the Week: All Pairs Except Beta and Ndi Nne Up for Eviction

This week, Big Brother introduced a new twist, putting all pairs, including the Mbadiwe Twins (Ozee and Ocee), the first Heads of House (HoH), up for possible eviction.

The immunity secured by Team Beta through their Immunity Challenge win and the Ndi Nne duo’s position as custodians shielded them from the eviction threat. The rest of the housemates faced the uncertainty of staying in the game, making the stakes higher than ever.

Pairs with the Least Votes

The pairs with the least votes from fans this week were:

  • Streeze (Toby Forge and Mayor Frosh)
  • Radicals (Fairme David and Mitchky)
  • Tami (Toyosi and Damilola)
  • Chekas (Onyeka and Chizoba)

Ndi Nne’s Power to Save

In a dramatic twist, Biggie granted the custodians of the house, Ndi Nne, the power to save one of the four pairs with the lowest votes. After careful deliberation, Ndi Nne chose to save Team Radicals, sparing them from eviction and leaving the remaining three pairs vulnerable.

Nomination Process and Eviction

Following this decision, the remaining housemates were called into the Diary Room to nominate one pair for eviction. The outcome was decisive: Team Tami received the most nominations and, as a result, were evicted from the BBNaija house.

The 2024 season of BBNaija premiered on July 28, introducing 28 housemates who have been paired up into 14 teams. The show will continue to run for 71 days, culminating in the finale on October 6. The winner of this season will walk away with the grand prize of N100 million.
