The Nigerian Army has officially opened the application process for the 87 Regular Recruits Intake for Non-Tradesmen and Women.

If you are interested in joining the ranks of the Nigerian Army, follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth application process.

1. Visit the Recruitment Portal

  • Access the official Nigerian Army recruitment portal at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng.

2. Complete the Online Application Form

  • Fill out the online application form with accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Submission and Printing

  • Submit the completed application form online.
  • Print a copy of the submitted application form for your records.

4. Fill out the Guarantor Form

  • Download and fill out the Guarantor Form provided on the recruitment portal.
  • Ensure all required information is accurately filled in the form.

5. Application Period

  • The application period for the 87 Regular Recruits Intake is from May 3, 2024, to June 7, 2024.

Basic Requirements:

  • Nigerian citizenship by birth
  • National Identity Card/NIN slip
  • Medically, physically, and psychologically fit
  • No criminal convictions
  • Valid birth certificate/age declaration
  • Certificate of state of origin
  • Height requirement: Male – 1.68 metres, Female – 1.65 metres
  • Age: 18 to 22 years for non-trades, up to 26 years for tradesmen/women by June 30, 2024
  • Minimum of four passes in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB
  • Trade Test/City Guild Certificate for tradesmen/women
