  1. Start DVN Application:
    • Visit the official application portal and click the “Start DVN application” button.
    • Choose whether you are applying for yourself or a group.
  2. Fill Personal Information:
    • Provide your personal details, travel information, and passport information.
    • Upload an image of your passport information page.
