Here’s what this week’s Spotify Charts have to say about Nigeria’s music scene. 

Top Artists 

Burna Boy maintained  his ranking as the longest reigning artist on Top Artists, with an 18-week run this week. Mellow & Sleazy has the slot of the highest new entry at #194, while Mr. Eazi claims the biggest climber spot, moving 115 positions to #70.

Top Songs

On Top Songs this week, Baddest Boy by Skiibii moved up an impressive 42 places to #123. Burna Boy has the most spots on Top Songs Nigeria and Last Last is the highest at #2. Big Energy by LADIPOE is the highest new entry at #17, while  Omo Ope (feat. Olamide) by Asake remained on the Top Songs charts for 18 weeks straight. 

Top Albums

Ctrl by SZA is the highest climber, moving up by 132 spots to #41. WizKid’s Made in Lagos Deluxe Edition has been on Top Albums the longest with an 18 week streak. BTS has the most spots on the chart in Nigeria and their track Proof is the highest new entry at #2.
