Senator Shehu Sani (PRP-Kaduna Central) has advised Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu not to dump the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Kaduna lawmaker had recently defected from the APC to the Peoples Redemption Party following a dispute with Governor Nasir El-Rufai.

Rumours have emerged that the Deputy Senate President was planning to dump the PDP over his allegedly sidelining by the party leadership.

Ekweremadu had in a statement on Wednesday stated that only God knows his next political news.
