The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on President Bola Tinubu to reverse the recent petrol price hike by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

SERAP also urged Tinubu to investigate alleged corruption and mismanagement within the NNPCL.

The organization stated that the price hike is unconstitutional and unfair to citizens facing economic hardships.

They emphasized the need for transparency and accountability in the oil sector to prevent future price increases.
