Nigerian Senate on Thursday confirmed the Appointment of fifteen officials as Resident Electoral Commissioners of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki complimented the work of the INEC chairman, Prof. Yakubu Mahmood and hopes the officials perform by improving the Electoral Process

Recall that in March, 2017, President Muhammadu Buhari had nominated 27 persons as Resident Electoral Commissioners, RECs, of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
