Romelu Lukaku will appear in court on October 2 after being arrested in Los Angeles.

Beverly Hills Police Department arrested Lukaku after attending a residence on five other occasions on July 2 due to repeated noise complaints, each of which resulted in a verbal warning.

The 24-year-old was not physically arrested by the police but was handed a misdemeanor citation for violating Beverly Hills Municipal Code 5-1-104 for excessive noise.

Lukaku, who is on the cusp of sealing a transfer to Manchester United, will appear at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse on October 2, 2017.
