Former FCT Minister and Kaduna APC Governorship candidate, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai says only a brainless person will doubt that a man who served as a General in the Nigeria army has no certificate. He said this at the APC Youth Forum in Lagos yesterday March 12th
“I will not talk about the certificate because that is brainless. Only someone without a brain will say that a person that has enrolled as an officer in the Nigerian army and rose to the ranks of General doesn’t have the equivalent of an O’Level certificate” he said.
