Ogun State is taking proactive steps to boost productivity in its workforce.

The state’s Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Ganiyu Hamzat, has emphasized the need to invest in strategies that motivate workers to perform optimally.

This call to action was made at a two-day strategic retreat held in Ijebu-Ode, where the theme “Reinvigorating The Workforce for Increased Productivity” set the tone for the discussions.
