The Chairman of Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has finally spoken about the shooting that occurred at one of his clubs, Club Cubana, in Victoria Island, Lagos State.

Okay.ng recalls that two policemen attached to Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, allegedly shot two persons after an argument.

According to reports, Burna Boy had instructed one of his police entourage to invite over a “pretty lady” who was together with her husband.

Reacting to the incident, Obi Cubana in an Instagram post on Monday sympathised with all the people who were affected by the incident.

He also revealed that his company has given all information at its disposal to “the legal authorities.”

“As regards the issues making rounds the social media, we at Cubana Group have given all information at our disposal to the legal authorities. However, we wholeheartedly sympathise with any/all those who may have been impacted by this,” he wrote.

“Myself and our group would never compromise standards, as we have confidence in the authorities to handle all. Best Regards.”

It can be recalled that the inspector-general of police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba, ordered a probe into the shooting.
