The state chairmen of the Labour Party in the North Central geo-political zone have expressed their unwavering support for the National Chairman, Julius Abure, following a court ruling that upheld his position, Okay.ng reports.

This was made available in a press statement released to journalists on Wednesday by Ibrahim Idoko, the LP National Vice Chairman for the North Central Zone.

They congratulated Abure on his victory at the Federal High Court in Abuja, which affirmed his leadership and validated the party’s national convention.

The LP chairmen praised the strength of Nigeria’s legal system and the party’s commitment to democratic principles.

They also acknowledged the presiding judge, Justice Emeka Nwite, for compelling the Independent National Electoral Commission to recognize the Abure-led leadership.

The North Central LP chairmen emphasized the party’s unity and determination to advance the welfare of the Nigerian people.

They urged all aggrieved party members to resolve their differences and collaborate with the leadership to secure victory in the 2027 general elections.
