Niyi Aderibigbe, Head of Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications at Transcorp Hotels Plc, has been recognized as a distinguished spokesperson in the hospitality sector by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

The award was presented during the prestigious National Spokespersons Awards 2025, held in Abuja on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Organised by NIPR in collaboration with Image Merchants Promotion Ltd, the annual awards ceremony celebrates excellence and professionalism in public relations and communications across various sectors.

Aderibigbe’s recognition stands out, as it underscores his outstanding contributions to brand communications in Nigeria’s hospitality industry. He has now earned the distinction of being recognized for two consecutive years as one of the Top 50 PR professionals in Nigeria, thanks to his consistent impact and innovative approach to strategic communications.

His work at Transcorp Hotels Plc—one of Nigeria’s leading luxury hospitality brands—has positioned the company as a visible and trusted name in the industry, driving brand growth, public trust, and stakeholder engagement.

Other notable awardees at the event included Dr. Fabian Benjamin of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and Olufemi Soneye of NNPC Ltd, who was named Spokesperson of the Year.
