Singer Nikki Laoye took to her Twitter to call out the airline over her bad experience flying to and from the UK. The singer stated that the customer service of the airline was terrible and needed to be worked on.

She also went on to complain about the airline’s one hand luggage rule and the fact that she had to pay more for her luggage.

Two years ago Banky W called out Arik Air after he and other passengers on a Lagos to New York flight were trapped in the plane for an hour with no air conditioning! There’s even a video of the unfortunate incident.
