Muiz Banire (SAN), the national legal adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has said that Nigerians will re-elect the party in the 2019 general elections.

He said the APC had done well for Nigerians and will emerge winners in the next election.

”We have absolute chance. But the truth of the matter is that the party naturally would be challenged, there is no doubt about that.

”But we will triumph at the end of the day because we have done much as a party, we have impacted on the country positively,” Banire said.

The APC national legal adviser said the national executive of the party has voided his suspension by the Mushin Local Government.

”There is no issue again. I am not at the centre of anything. Nobody has removed me. I am still the National Legal Adviser,” he said.

”No level has removed me. Are they the executive? There is no suspension. The issue has been dealt with since.

”The national executive has told them that it is a waste of time. My party is intact,” he said.
