MTN Nigeria has announced a partnership with digital music platform Apple Music, aimed at giving MTN subscribers access to a premium selection of songs, both locally and internationally.

The collaboration is set to provide six months of free access to the platform for MTN customers who subscribe to the service, with the option of continuing to stream or download music for N1,000 per month.

According to MTN, the partnership is an effort to ensure that its customers can enjoy quality entertainment on the go, with the company’s Chief Digital Officer, A’isha Umar-Mumuni, stating that the partnership will advance music distribution in Nigeria and make consumption easier for Nigerians.

Umar-Mumuni said, “We are always on the lookout for opportunities that allow us to do more for our customers and provide them with resources and tools that fit into their lifestyle. Music forms a huge part of our lives as Africans. With this partnership, we seek to advance music distribution in Nigeria and make consumption easier for Nigerians.”

The offer is set to begin from April 14th, 2023, and interested customers can sign up via the MTN Play portal, the myMTN App, the MTN official website, or subscribe via SMS by sending “MUSIC” to 8000 or dialing *447*2*4*1#..
