Denilson Igwe, a former member of the Mark Angel Comedy crew, has made shocking allegations against Mark Angel, the founder of the popular comedy group. In an interview on Nedu Wazobia’s The Honest Bunch Podcast, Igwe claimed that he was the one who started the comedy group and was responsible for its early success.

Igwe alleged that Mark Angel failed to compensate him fairly for his contributions, despite the group’s significant earnings. He claimed that Mark Angel bought a car in 2014 without disclosing the source of the funds and started paying Emmanuella, another crew member, N20,000 monthly without informing him.

Igwe also stated that he only received N50,000 from Mark Angel in 2016, despite the group making $160,000 at the time. He claimed that he is speaking out now because he is no longer afraid, being an orphan, and wants to reveal the truth about Mark Angel’s treatment of him and others.
