1. Final-Year ID Card

  • Original and Photocopies: Present your original final-year ID card along with two photocopies. NYSC accepts student ID cards issued by your institution’s Directorate of Students’ Affairs.

2. Statement of Result or Certificate

  • Degree or HND Certificate: Provide the original statement of result or certificate, accompanied by photocopies. Foreign-trained graduates must present their original certificates.

3. NYSC Call-Up Letter

  • Original and Photocopies: Bring the original call-up letter and four photocopies. Ensure it is not laminated, as laminated call-up letters will not be accepted.

4. NYSC Green Card

  • Original and Photocopies: The Green Card is the online print-out slip from the NYSC registration. Provide the original and four photocopies.

5. Passport Photographs

  • Quantity and Specifications: Submit eight recent passport-sized photographs with a white or off-white background.

6. Medical Certificate of Fitness

  • Issued by Government Hospital: Obtain two copies of a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital or military clinic in Nigeria.

7. National Identification Number (NIN)

  • Mandatory Requirement: A National Identification Number is required for online registration. Ensure you have your NIN ready before commencing the registration process.

8. Personal Email Address and Nigerian Phone Number

  • Functional and Accessible: Maintain a functional email address and a Nigerian GSM phone number throughout the service year for communication purposes.

Additional Notes:

  • Married Female Prospective Corps Members: If seeking marital concessions, upload copies of your marriage certificate, evidence of change of name, and your husband’s place of domicile during online registration.
  • Foreign-Trained Graduates: Ensure all academic documents are uploaded and presented for physical verification. If your institution has not been evaluated, contact the Federal Ministry of Education in Abuja to obtain an evaluation letter.

Proper preparation of these documents will facilitate a seamless registration process for the 2024 NYSC Batch C.
