Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has paid a visit to the notorious Apapa-Oshodi Expressway.
Ambode visited the area on Thursday, June 25, 2015, to witness the gridlock caused by tanker drivers first-hand.
Ambode also promised to create a task force to ensure a free flow of traffic in the area.
