The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has launched an investigation into a disturbing video circulating on social media showing a woman smoking near a baby.

In the viral footage, which has sparked outrage among viewers, a woman whose identity remains undisclosed can be seen smoking shisha while holding her baby.

Shockingly, she blows the smoke from the shisha directly towards the infant.

Adding to the concern, the woman captions the video with the words: “My baby sef don shayo,” a colloquial expression in Nigerian Pidgin English meaning “Even my baby is getting high.”
