Nigerian sensation Joeboy captivated fans at the premiere of YouTube’s “Up Close with…” series in Lagos, where he unveiled thrilling announcements about his upcoming album and a groundbreaking collaboration with the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON).

YouTube’s “Up Close with…” series kicked off in Lagos with an intimate evening featuring Joeboy, providing fans with an exclusive glimpse into his world.

The event blended insightful conversation with the exciting reveal of Joeboy’s next musical endeavors.

During the evening, Joeboy delved into his artistic journey, from breakout hits like “Fààjí” to chart-toppers such as “Baby” and “Sip.”

However, the highlight of the night was the announcement of his highly anticipated new album, promising to elevate his artistry to new heights.

Joeboy shared, “The new album will be out this year. However, I want to take some time to really prepare for the release. This way, when it finally drops, everything will be set up perfectly for a grand launch.”

The event reached its climax with a groundbreaking surprise: Joeboy’s collaboration with the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON).

Joeboy’s collaboration with the MUSON orchestra will be available on his YouTube channel starting Friday, March 29.
