Nollywood actress and queen mother, Iyabo Ojo, is celebrating a major milestone as her latest film, Labake Olododo, achieves remarkable box office success.

The film, which debuted in cinemas just days ago, has garnered an impressive ₦50 million within its first 72 hours, making it one of Nollywood’s biggest releases of 2025. Ojo took to social media to share her excitement, posting photos that showcased the movie’s performance.

“50M and Counting! Labake Olododo stormed cinemas and topped the box office! The weekend’s biggest hit and Nollywood’s second-largest 2025 debut. Seen it yet? Huge THANKS to everyone who’s watched and supported! Still in cinemas—don’t miss out!” she wrote.

The film’s distribution is handled by @filmoneng, ensuring a wide reach for audiences eager to experience the cinematic masterpiece.

Following the movie’s premiere, Ojo expressed her gratitude to fans, friends, and colleagues for their overwhelming support.

“I’m still overwhelmed by the incredible show of love and support at my movie premiere yesterday. The massive turnout, enthusiastic response, and outpouring of love were humbling. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who attended. Thank you for celebrating with me!” she shared on Instagram.
