The evergreen striker has made an impressive impact in the Premier League since moving to
Manchester United in the summer and claims he could continue playing until he is 50.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic celebrates scoring for Manchester United

Despite turning 35 in October, he has played in the majority of United’s games this season and has an impressive 16 goals to his name for the club already.

Ibrahimovic only signed a one-year contract with Jose Mourinho’s side, but he insists he is not thinking about retirement and is expected to sign a new deal with the club.

“Even if I’m 35, in my mind I’m 20,” said the Swede, after scoring both goals in the 2-0 win over West Brom on Saturday.

“I think I could play also at 50, but it won’t be down to me. The older I get, the better I get – like red wine!

“I’m a perfect example of that. The older I get, the better I play.”
