The Ondo State Government has ordered evacuation from areas affected by severe flooding in Ondo town, Okay.ng reports.

The flood, which occurred after heavy rainfall on Friday, caused extensive damage to properties in several parts of the town, including Itanla, Oka, Odo Ijomu, Bethlehem, and the Akure-Ondo Expressway.

Many houses and vehicles were submerged, forcing residents to leave their homes. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
