The Federal Government, throught the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), has announced the opening of its portal for student loan applications, effective May 24.

The Managing Director of NELFUND, Akintunde Sawyerr, revealed this in a statement released on Thursday in Abuja, as conveyed by the Fund’s Media and Public Relations Lead, Nasir Ayitogo.

Sawyerr emphasized that the launch of the portal signifies a significant milestone in President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to promoting accessible and inclusive education for all Nigerian students.
